Estimating Proficiency

Knowing the software intrinsically is key to being able to use it but as important, it is the key to successfully communicating it's use to others.

Often awards come down to how the software is being used and one's ability to communicate the details effectively.

Sound Causation Determinations

Many states including Colorado allow causation to be determined as part of an insurance appraisal.

If your policy does not exclude causation, then determining causation is a very important skill to be accomplished at for an appraiser.

I was trained by some of the best and have the ability to make compelling positions regarding causation determinations.

The key to a fair award is having besides being skilled and knowledgeable is the right plan of action and being able to execute the plan.

⚖️ Step 4: Execute the plan

Once the plan is set, I commence executing the plan. In Colorado that Always includes delivering Disclosures and reviewing disclosures from the opposing appraiser.
